Any items to be returned, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, must be notified to us within 8 working days of you receiving the item. A stock item will be refunded in full and must be in as new condition. A non stock special order item will be subject to a 25% handling fee. Where an item is damaged, we will additionally deduct from any refund the cost of returning to as new condition. Items to be returned outside the above time limit will be at our discretion. Clearance and sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a fault.
